Ash is a pale hardwood with a striking, open grain pattern, lighter than oak but with plenty of character. It looks fantastic in light, contemporary and Scandi-style kitchens and takes oil beautifully.

Before you fit
- Let the worktop acclimatise flat in the kitchen for at least 48 hours, still in its wrapping, before cutting.
- Oil all faces, ends and cut-outs (including the underside) before fitting. We sell Osmo TopOil and wood worktop care products.
- Leave a small expansion gap at walls and use slotted fixing brackets so the timber can move with the seasons.
- Do not fit directly above a dishwasher without a moisture barrier, and wipe up standing water around sinks.
