Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email or call us within that 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
- Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- If an item has been used more than needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.
- You pay the cost of returning an item you’ve changed your mind about.
- Our orders are sent from our supplier’s warehouse, so please contact us before sending anything back and we’ll give you the returns address.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you’ve sent it back). The refund includes the original standard delivery charge and goes back to the card you paid with.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 30 days with a photo if possible. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Made-to-measure worktops
Worktops cut or made to your measurements are made specially for you, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply to them once production has started. This doesn’t affect your rights if they are faulty.
