How long delivery takes
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days in total.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer. Please contact us before ordering.
- Your order is sent directly from our supplier’s warehouse. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
- We email you tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Damaged or missing parcels
