Frequently asked questions
How thick are laminate worktops?
Most of our laminate worktops are 38mm or 39mm thick, with 600mm or 635mm worktop depths and 900mm breakfast bar depths.
Do I need to seal the cut edges?
Yes. Seal all cut edges and cut-outs before fitting to stop moisture getting into the core.
Can I put hot pans on laminate?
No. Always use a trivet or pan stand for hot pans, and a chopping board for cutting.
